For our Client, an international SSC office based in Cracow, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of: Purchasing Controller.

Requirements:

• Relevant University degree, preferably within Technology, Finance or Economics
• Previous experience from Purchasing and operations controlling in global context
• Experience in working with standard cost and variances
• Experience in working with analysis and optimization of payment terms and payments
• Full proficiency in English
• Results-oriented and curious team-player with an eagerness to continue to learn and develop
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity
• Patience and confidence to take lead in change processes
• Strong analytical, planning, organizing and reporting skills and a willingness to operate within a dynamic and fast-paced organization

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compiling monthly reporting package
• Overall spend and cost analysis of indirect and direct supply and suppliers
• Collect and report savings according to requirements incl assurance compliant reporting and representation in P&L
• Support category management in for specific spend analytics
• Pro-actively work with data quality to assure correct and reliable reporting and analytics
