Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain or related fields
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of the SAP system and P2P platforms;
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures
  • Negotiation skills supporting resolution of judgmental issues
  • Project and team management experience is a must - proven skills to deliver to time, cost and quality
  • Experience in working collaboratively with external partners delivering mutual benefit


Responsibilities:

  • Holds overall responsibility for development and execution of the E2E process excellence strategy across the organisation within S2P / Procurement
  • Manages team of S2P Procurement Business Process Experts to drive process improvement initiatives and digitalization agenda
  • Holds ownership and update of S2P Procurement E2E model (keeping necessary documentation up to date)
  • Supports BU domain experts in global program implementation locally to follow the BU specified global processes and solutions
  • Identifies market best practices regarding process and technology and identification of opportunities for Danish Crown
  • Ensures S2P Procurement E2E model awareness across organisation through effective communication and trainings both on-line and class room.
  • Leads and coordinates the work of less experienced staff and provide training and support to business process owners
  • Utilizes standard process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to identify root causes of process issues and identify areas of process improvement
  • Troubleshoots, analyzes and resolves complex problems
  • Ensures effective utilisation of S2P Procurement systems landscape to maximise standardization and automation
