Requirements:

• Professional  experience in SSC / BPO sector in project or change management
• At least 2 years of experience in team coordination
• Knowledge of RPA technology (UiPath / BluePrism) and transformation approach
• Additional knowledge of IT field  (e.g. programming langauges, IT infrastructure / architecture) will be an asset
• Experience in Lean or Six Sigma projects’ management  will be advantage
• Very good English skills
• Conceptual mindset and proactive approach
• Excellent self - organization skills and ability to work autonomously based on specification
• Knowledge sharing abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability

What will you be responsible for?

• Taking part in creating Automation Center of Excellence in a structure of a new company
• Acting as a senior member of GBS organization, promoting the digital transformation and imprinting the RPA vision within the organization
• Leading Automate Excellence Team including people management, budget control and technology
• Designing, planning and executing the transformation programs and improvement initiatives
• Ensuring that project goals are met according to agreed schedule
• Screening the market for the new technologies and solutions to reinforce the GBS organization automation capabilities
• Acting as an escalation point, identifing and nominating relevant resources to set up and run RPA infrastructure
• Managing contact with RPA technology providers
