Translation Validation Team Manager Ref. No: 6973

Kingfisher has recently opened a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination and additionally in translation/copywriting
  • Management skills:  ability to evaluate systems and processes, communicate goals in a clear and consistent manner, set and uphold high standards
  • Personal accountabilities:  leads by example, takes responsibility, drives continuous improvement, translates ideas into practice and ensures they are sustainable


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the validation of translated product content to agreed SLAs (Packaging data, Instruction Manuals, selling product content)
  • Utilising all the material available to ensure consistency and compliance to local requirements
  • Delivering projects on time, whilst managing stakeholder expectations and risks
  • Project manage and prioritise workloads
  • Cooperating with the Operations Manager and Translation Validation teams regarding process improvement
  • Aligning team & individual objectives to achieve the company’s goals
  • Supporting and motivating the team, acting as a point of referral on all personal and performance related issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
