For our Client international company providing trading in financial derivatives we are currently looking for HR Manager.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • University Degree in human resources management or related subject
  • Significant HRBP/ HR Manager Experience
  • Experience managing staff and teams
  • Project management skills
  • Very good knowledge of polish labour law and government acts
  • Business change experience
  • Strong data analysis and manipulations skills
  • Result orientation and strong capabilities to resolve both structured and unstructured problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in international environment on a different levels in organisation
  • Must be fluent in English


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the HR relationship manager. Build strong and influential relationships with senior leaders. Be responsible for ensuring client group receive a positive and comprehensive HR service
  • Drive cultural change as an active member of the  Poland Leadership Team
  • Lead the Poland HR team. Whilst team members will have hard line managers outside Poland, this individual will have dotted line management responsibility, and be accountable for team leadership and engagement
  • Responsible for the smooth roll out of HR projects (e.g. pay & reward, employee engagement, recruitment, talent development)
  • Deal with thorny problems or support business projects that are of significant concern to senior business stakeholders
  • Embed the HR model. Drive employee and manager self-service and (where possible) global consistency in HR processes and service
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and identify, record and manage changes to local labour law
  • Leverage HR initiatives to enhance the office’s capability as an operational hub
  • Use data and analysis to drive better people management decision making
  • Support the establishment of an HR Operations team in the Poland office
