Our Client is a global leader in providing  products and systems within healthcare and life sciences which is active in over 40 countries. The company is expanding rapidly and will double in size over the coming years.

The company’s SSC in Krakow provides mainly financial and HR services to the entities within the Client’s Group.


Who are we looking for?

The person who will be responsible for coordination of processes centralization within Third Party Management areas  (e.g. supplier and vendor information management, corporate and social responsibility compliance, Supplier Risk Management, IT vendor risk, anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) compliance, information security compliance).

The scope of your duties will include:

  • Designing and implementing the Third Party Risk Management processes
  • Leading process harmonization through continuous improvement (including digitization & automation)
  • Cooperating closely with Ethics & Compliance in identifying requirements and designing the Third Party Management processes
  • Conducting all work in compliance with Global Company guidelines, policies, procedures and legal requirements
  • Leading a team of analysts responsible for delivery of Third Party Risk Management services
  • Acting as a single point of escalation for process- and quality- related issues
  • Owning the corporate Third Party Risk Management applications and database solutions, liaising with key users and external service providers
  • Ensuring all relevant records and documentation are properly stored and manager


Our requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience of working on Risk/Compliance Management positions
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in the areas of the Third Party Risk Management
  • Professional practice experience in service design and implementation projects involving process modelling or application setup
  • Previous people management experience will be an asset
  • Good command of English
  • Project or change management, service management and operational excellence skills
  • Very good customer service focus and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
