Requirements:

• University Diploma (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Science)
• Strong command of spoken and written English language
• Strong Excel skills, knowledge of SAP BI or equivalent reporting tool would be an asset
• 2 years or more as a Procurement Analyst in BPO type environment
• Experience in business controlling and/or procurement
• Able to research information, analyse data, develop independent conclusions, present and defend recommendations

Responsibilities:

• Delivers high quality, professional and proactive day to day service with agreed SLA’s and ensures they are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed
• As a Senior team member supports the core procurement team and key stakeholders with ad hoc analysis as part of project or operations teams
• Monitors and assesses Suppliers performance on a regular basis, develops Suppliers performance improvement programs and monitors market developments
• Aims at improving operational efficiency, adding value, improving business performance and continuous improvement
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing buying channels compliance
