Requirements:

  • Academic/Master degree (Finance Accounting or Economics related field)
  • Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience (controlling/audit)
  • Experience in SSC/BPO environment will be an asset
  • Very good German and English knowledge (written and verbal)
  • Good knowledge of mathematical evaluations - and analysis methods
  • Very good statistic knowledge and SAP CO
  • Good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office
  • Very strong analytical and conceptional capacity
  • Ability and willingness to adapt your own strategies, targets and tasks with changing situations
  • Pronounced business think and cost / use awareness
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills as well as ability to get through
  • Strong willingness to take over responsibility and to work in a team as well as high motivation to make decisions
  • High competence in understanding complex facts and high abstraction capability
  • Social and cross cultural competences
  • Willingness for travelling


Responsibilities:

As Financial Controller in a global process management team Human Resources (HR) you will be responsible for planning and controlling for all processes for which HR process management team is responsible for. You will be responsible for the cost and activity accounting for all HR processes and products, the annual budget planning and controlling as well as the identification and economical assurance for a continuous improvement for the processes according to company targets.

  • Methodical and systematic development, implementation improvement of the planning and guidance system as well as the applied methods (for example the activity based costing)
  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring the department-, cost center- and project budgets
  • Coordinating and integrating the planning contributions for the overall planning
  • Planning and consolidation the amount of employees, personnel and material costs, internal service accounting according to corporate planning
  • Monthly closing and forecasting
  • Analysis of accounting variances
  • Economic consulting in all HR process controlling topics
  • Communication of significant success factors
  • Analysis of critical matters
  • Creation of simulation calculations in consideration of process portfolio decisions, optimal process splits as well as near-/offshore decisions 
  • Perform analysis for the development of measures and decisions for the profit improvement
  • Creation of economy bills for projects and investments
  • Development of concepts and strategies of securing the central and long term performance of objective
  • Advancement and structure of a data ware house for purposes of analysis and as a basis for activity based costing
  • Supporting the operational areas with the capacity planning and controlling
  • Supporting in optimization of processes and improvement suggestions
  • Coordination and quality control of revenues invoicing
  • Coordinate efficiencies reporting plan vs actuals    
  • Perform product and process analysis on basis of activity based costing
  • Identification of weak points and create measures to fix them 
  • Supporting with the definition of quality parameters and definition of goals
  • Development of measuring and monitoring systems
  • Creation of reports for selected processes as well as communication and discussion of results with the management
  • Involvement in quality circles
  • Operation of benchmarks and perform of special tasks
