Over 3 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Min. 1 year of experience, preferably within compliance area
• Knowledge about due diligence and data protection legislation (GDPR) would be an advantage
• Excellent time management and prioritisation of work tasks
• Analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Very good English – B2
• Detail-oriented
• High work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Review and validation of Data Protection & Integrity Due Diligence questionnaires in accordance with defined procedures
• Screening of suppliers and escalating red flags in line with policy
• Analysis and monitoring alerts in various queues and lists
• Clarification of potential issues with suppliers
• Documenting & reporting results of the review
• Close cooperation and providing support to the Legal team
