What do you need to have?

• Some previous experience in Customer Service/IT/Helpdesk area will be an asset
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of Ms Office package
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving orientation
• Positive attitude :) 

What will you be responsible for?

• Answering English customers’ inquiries by clarifying desired information: searching independently for information, researching in all available systems and documentation etc.
• Tracking of issues/problems from first occurrence to final solution
• Resolving problems by clarifying issues: participating in research and exploring of answers and alternative solutions, participating in solutions implementation, escalating unresolved problems
• Maintaining database by entering information on regular basis
• Cooperating with other team members and with respective resolving teams in order to provide the best service
• Cooperating and maintaining professional relations with business partners
