For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.

What do you need to have?

For this role we are looking for someone who has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Finance), additional project management or Finance certification are required

Also the ideal candidate has:

• 5-8 years of experience in project and change management, preferably with cross-border pan-European Shared Service Centre
• Experience in Finance, with accounting knowledge; experience in finance transactional processes is a clear plus
• Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a diverse and young team split in different locations to deliver to a high standard
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
• Proven ability of working in an international, decentralized and very dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills:  (including verbal, written, presentation skills)
• Fluent English language required

What will be your role?

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION:

• Overall responsibility for project execution (based on design) managing quality, costs, time and people
• Managing effective and enjoyable collaboration between project team members, process managers, and IT
• Preparing and enforcing decision making and risk management and escalation
• Continuously refine the project approach based on learnings to fit the transformation strategy

 

 CHANGE MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION:

 

• Jointly drive and execute engagement with stakeholders  and with external advisors on the project
• Act as primary point of contact for the team and stakeholders concerning project planning, decision making (documentation) and deliverables
• Manage the project interaction with other projects and operational performance
• Engage the functional organisation to align on planning, capacities and delivery
• Share and celebrate best practices

 

 PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

 

• Coach the project team members reporting to you
• Stimulate learning and continuous improvement by evaluations and direct interventions
• Connect team members to collaborate and align on progress
