For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.

What do you need to have?

• Previous experience in the area of data management or on similar positions
• Professional experience in IT implementations or projects (preferably SAP) will be an asset
• Fluent English
• Experience of taking part in transition/transformation will be a huge plus  
• Very good listening and communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams within a multi-national operating environment
• Creativity, flexibility and proactivity

What will be your role?

As a Data Transformation & Management Specialist  you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and maintaining data ownership per objects   
• Integrating Data Management within the IT support models of the source systems
• Collecting and evaluating issues and problems with data; communicating issues associated with the data life cycle: the creation, modification, sharing, reuse, retention and backup of data
• Setting up and implementing data management processes and roles for the objects in scope
• Designing and implementing data management tools
• Supporting data harmonization across systems
• Initiating training and change management around data management
