Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:

• University degree or students in their final year of studies
• Accounting background and any experience with Procurement and related contracts is an added advantage
• Very good English (B1/B2) both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide support with the contract management topics
• Reviewing & Validating contracts and ensuring correctness
• Maintenance & Update of contracts in the IT tools
• Resolve potential issues resulting from incomplete data
• Clarify any questions related to the contract details
• Contribute to continuous process improvements
• Attend regular conference calls with the internal stakeholders
