Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist supports the identification, prioritization and implementation of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives within Finance by applying methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and best practices, in order to achieve business goals through increased efficiency, better processes and controls, and higher consistency in quality service delivery and embed a culture of standardisation and continuous improvement. He/she supports the common Business Process Management (BPM) standard and ensures that business processes are managed, i.e. defined, deployed and improved in line with defined standards.
