Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Ref. No: 7157

For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a whole new team dedicated to a transformation project – roles of different levels of complexity and seniority.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
  • Wide experience in Continuous Process Improvement area/Lean Six Sigma within a corporate environment
  • Good understanding of process architecture and process modelling experience
  • Experience with ARIS Cloud / BPMN2.0
  • Good knowledge and understanding of End to End Processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, Supply Chain)
  • Fluent English
  • The ability to perform sophisticated analysis with spreadsheet and/or database applications
  • Ability to drive improvements, acts as a change agent and hands-on mentality
  • High concern for quality, accuracy and data, effective communication / collaborative skills
  • Availability for business trips (around 25%)


Responsibilities:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt supports the identification, prioritization and implementation of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives within Finance by applying methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and best practices, in order to achieve business goals through increased efficiency, better processes and controls, and higher consistency in quality service delivery and embed a culture of standardisation and continuous improvement. He/she supports the common Business Process Management (BPM) standard and ensures that business processes are managed, i.e. defined, deployed and improved in line with defined standards.

 

 

  • Supports the identification and prioritisation of Continuous Process Improvement opportunities
  • Assesses the sources of process improvements (e.g. KPI and PPI, project pain points and identified gaps to fill, technical changes)
  • Identifies Continuous Process Improvement training needs, facilitates and executes training using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Acts as a Change Leader by engaging, facilitating and sharing Continuous Process Improvement success stories across functions through effective communication
  • Monitors and keeps up to date with relevant Lean Six Sigma developments, exchange knowledge with colleagues
  • Ensures the embedment of Business Process Management
  • Identifies training needs and facilitates Business Process Management trainings
  • Supports the Internal Control work stream
  • Supports Risk & Controls and segregation of duties as part of the End 2 End Global Process designs
