Our Client is a leader in an investment sector in German speaking countries. As the largest independent investment company in this area it hires over 650 employees. Due to the opening a new centre in Cracow, the company is looking for German speakers with accounting or financial background.

What do you need to have?

• University degree in banking studies, business management or similar
• Several years' experience in the area of fund/securities accountancy, investment management or banking
• Knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments and implementation or the settlement of commercial transactions
• Previous experience with different contracting parties, brokers, stakeholders, third party banks, payment agents etc.
• Good German and English skills (min. B2) 
• Some experience in working with XENTIS and Bloomberg will be a strong asset
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proactivity and ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork skills
• Analytical mindset

What will you be responsible for?

• Processing and accounting of securities transactions, loans, securities lending transactions etc.
• Checking and monitoring the individual transactions
• Verifying and matching the internal and external items on the bank accounts
• Processing and resolving complaints with the clients, asset managers and internal units
• Supporting in processing new fund projects and implementing new products Implementing and optimizing new processes
• Cooperating in the specialist and technical development of assigned tasks
