Lufthansa Group Business Services (LGBS) operates as an international organization with a worldwide delivery structure providing business services in the areas of Finance, HR, Revenue Accounting, Management Reporting and Procurement for entire Lufthansa Group.

Krakow Center is the main hub for the delivery organization including also central functions for the group companies covering both standard as well as customized processes for airline business. Besides operations, Krakow Center has also teams specialized in Process Management, Migration Support, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Min. 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service
• Good knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities:

PartnerPlusBenefit is the free Lufthansa corporate bonus program for small and medium companies where customers can earn BenefitPoints for almost every flight used for the business purposes. We award the flight operated by Lufthansa Group and other airlines such as Air Canada, Air China, All Nippon Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, Singapore Airlines, TAP Portugal or United Airlines.

Collected points can be exchanged for a wide range of different awards such a free flight, upgrades, excess baggage, advance seat reservation, lounge vouchers, FlyNet, cash back and many more including local awards.

Tasks:

• First level support for requests concerning the PartnerPlusBenefit program (functions, reporting, point matrixes, point processing, enterprise merger, program modifications, overview etc.)
• Assignment of emails to existing incidents in the tracking tool
• Capturing of new incidents and allocation to assigned groups within a tracking tool (JIRA)
• Answering incoming phone inquiries by clarifying desired information
• Resolving problems by fulfilling service requests
• Cooperating with other team members and with 2nd Level Support
• Analysis based on PPB database
• Support for the editor of PPB content management system (including ad hoc changes/ amendments of local contents upon request by PPB market coordination)
