What you’ll do

• Work with Product Owner adn Business Stake holders to help gather business requirements
• Meet with Architects and Technical specialists to develope technical solutions to solve business requirements
• Own and lead your team to deliver technical solutions, being the point of contact and reporting to London for updates
• Motivate and engage your team. Manage holiday requests and measure individuals performance and develop your staff
• Review code commits, and if you like cutting code, then feel free to get involved and get your hands dirty

• A leader that has worked with teams of vairous skills and abilities and is keen to work with a develop those that follow. Someone that his fair, a great listener, undestands and uses the right language for the audience engaged with
• Core Java understanding is essential and exposure to some or all of the following
