Procurement Specialist (Manufacturing Factory) Ref. No: 7210

For our client, a production company which is opening the new factory, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position above.

Requirements:

• Over 7 years experience of Procurement in the manufacturing company
• Experience and Knowledge of international trading
• Experience in  an international environment preferred
• Experience of SAP
• Experience of Air Conditioning manufacturing company will be an asset
• Very good command of English
• Familiar with Trading Regulation and Custom in Poland and EU
• Negotiation with Supplier for Cost and Delivery
• Knowledge of Tooling Die (Metal Stamping and/or Plastic Molding)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare issue requests for proposals, quotations, PO to suppliers in accordance to the operating procedures
• Data input and maintaining data integrity on the system database
• Monitor suppliers’ progress and liaise with internal customers, suppliers and other departments to ensure on-time delivery and within specifications
• Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
• Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
• Giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth
• Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels
