Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similiar position
• Fluent English
• working in SSC  /BPO structure is preferred
• Ability to work in international environment

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of recruitment processes for various position in Europe in cooperation with local teams and external agencies
• Employer branding activities
• Create and provide regular HR reports
• Provide effective and efficient HR administration support to the group
• Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement training plans
