OTC Administrator with Dutch Ref. No: 7251

For our client, Shared Service Center with a stable position on a Cracow’s market, we are looking for a Dutch speaker - both junior and experienced profiles will be considered.

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Very good command of Dutch
  • Good command of English
  • Experience related to Order to Cash/Customer Service area will be an asset
  • Motivation to broaden knowledge in Finance field
  • Communication and problem solving skills
  • Very good Excel skills


Responsibilities:

  • Securing on-time customer payments and providing them with requested documents
  • Facilitating the identification and resolution of any customer disputes
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Daily contact with Sales department
  • Identifying orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them
  • Managing the credit limit in accordance with credit policy
  • Allocating and clarifying payments
  • Managing the pre-due, dunning and overdue processes
  • Running complex reports in your area of expertise
