Our Client is a global leader in providing  products and systems within healthcare and life sciences which is active in over 40 countries. The company’s SSC in Krakow provides mainly financial, customer service and HR services to the entities within the Client’s Group.

To newly established global Training Coordination team, we are looking for candidates willing to support the process of knowledge transition as well as implementation of training content management, development as well as training delivery in a new model.

Your area of responsibilities will include:

Three areas:

Coordination and administration of content development & management, 

Coordination and administration of training delivery, 

Support development & users in Learning Management System (LMS);

 

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration and class administration in LMS
• Coordination of the content approval process
• Handle cross charging to legal entities in collaboration with Finance
• Coordination of local adaptations of the training material (e.g. translations)
• Monitor training related pre-work, post-work and course evaluation
• Coordination of trainers, participants, facilities, equipment and other resources
• First line LMS support for learners, trainers, managers and various Academy roles
• Act as LMS trainer for the various roles when required
• Manage requests from External Partners for LMS access
• Take part in development & testing of new functionality in LMS

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) 
• Previous experience of minimum 18 months from training operations or administration
• Academic degree: education, administration or similar (would be an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven coordination and project management skills
• Experience & skills in contemporary learning management systems (would be a plus)
