Our Client is a global leader in providing products and systems within healthcare and life sciences which is active in over 40 countries. The company’s SSC in Krakow provides mainly financial, customer service and HR services to the entities within the Client’s Group.


To newly established global Training Coordination team, we are looking for candidates willing to support the process of knowledge transition as well as implementation of training content management, development as well as training delivery in a new model.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of minimum 3 years from training operations or administration
  • Proven team leading and/or project management skills
  • Readiness to coordinate work of a team covering both European and North American/ Latin American businesses
  • Experience & skills in contemporary learning management systems would be a plus
  • Academic degree (education, administration or similar) would be an advantage
  • Persistent, structured and organized
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to proactively resolve issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English written and spoken is a must
  • Intercultural skills and capability to work in a cross-functional global team


Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily operations of the team to meet the decided objectives, targets and metrics
  • Coordinate daily work and customer availability of the team, taking into account 2 shift work system and Client’s time zone
  • Ensure that quality and operational excellence objectives and targets are fulfilled for the team
  • Ensure delivery according to customer and process requirements (SLA)
  • Provide operational support to team members
  • Handle client communication and escalations
  • Monitor, interpret and report key performance indicators
  • Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Monitoring the competence development within the department
  • Part time operational duties in the area of:

- Coordination and administration of content development & management

- Coordination and administration of training delivery

- Support development & users in Learning Management System (LMS)
