Requirements:

• BA/ Ma in Law
• Previous experiences with GDPR topic will be an asset
• Very good English skills
• Min. good German skills

Responsibilities:

• Implements and manages all data protection processes within the process domain as described in the data protection management system
• Supports with implementing the governance and data protection strategy and objectives in the department
• Implements interfaces to overarching processes to detect, handle and report relevant data breaches
• Implements adequate processes for compliant data processing and data transfers
• Consults Data Controller regarding data protection requirements
• Specifies, implements and executes functional directives relevant for department
• Continuously collects relevant data protection issues, activities and incidents and provides regular and ad-hoc reporting following the defined reporting scheme and defined KPIs
• Evaluating potential new processes and products regarding the GDPR relevance
• Securing GDPR compliance of these processes and products, e.g.:

- Consult on required tasks in the GDPR context, e.g. documentation, risk assessment, etc.
- Implement the necessary tasks together with department team members
- Support in developing solutions for data anonymization
