For our Client - international company - we are looking for Candidates for a position of:  Head of Customer Service.

 

Region: Kraków, małopolskie


Requirements:

  • Strong, successful background in a service/contact centre environment with a minimum 8 years manager/supervisory experience
  • Demonstrably familiar with service/contact centre concepts and technology
  • University education
  • Experience working with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills, comfortable presenting at all levels and to various audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability rapidly identify the root causes of issues and resolve them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical mind with acute business acumen
  • Fully conversant applications Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Availability to travel


Responsibilities:

  • Providing overall leadership to the Krakow Contact Center
  • Management of employees to ensure operational performance metrics, service standards and revenue targets are met
  • Responsible for the hiring, training, development and retention of the CC team
  • Creating and implementing engagement and team building initiatives to strengthen and stimulate department performance and morale
  • Ongoing evaluation of CC performance through collecting, analysing and summarising data, reviewing trends and feedback to ensure sales and service standards are achieved
  • Ensuring operation is resourced at the optimal level to achieve departmental objectives
  • Providing frequent open communication with all staff to ensure staff engagement and staff awareness of changes, vision, etc
  • Ongoing process improvement and streamlining resulting in highly efficient operations
  • Financial KPI responsibilities
  • Revenue, service and operational KPI responsibilities
