Over 4 years ago Kingfisher opened a Finance Shared Service Centre in Krakow, to which we are looking for candidates for the position below.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in process automation, preferably in the role of RPA Controller or Developer (RPA, VBA or other scripting languages)
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills – able to explain issues to IT as well as the business teams
  • Very good English language skills (at least B2)
  • IT mindset and willingness to develop knowledge of technologies and solutions
  • Proactive mindset, drive for continuous improvement
  • Very good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in leading small projects – nice to have
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tools (f.eg. Power BI) – nice to have


Responsibilities:

CoE RPA Controller supports and administers the day to day running of automation processes in the live environment. CoE RPA Controller schedules and runs processes, ensure the stability of the IT environment, investigate any issues in the live processes, and raise change requests or support calls where required.

  • Promotion of bots to the Production environment
  • Daily administration of the live environment (running processes, maintenance of virtual machines and licences, viewing logs etc.)
  • Driving the resolution of the issues related to bots by the engagement of developers, SMEs, business analysts etc. Acting as contact point for the business teams when it comes to the issues ensuring effective communication
  • Communicating with the vendors of technologies and development team on software related issues, suggesting improvements in order to establish robust automation environment
  • Develop and maintain Automation Center of Excellence Dashboard and KPIs which enable to monitor: utilisation and capacity of technology and other resources & efficiency and effectiveness of processes for which automation have been released including verification of particular business cases
  • Support the delivery team with VBA development if required
