360° Feedback

360° Feedback is a tool for a thorough and accurate collection of feedback on operating at the assessed employee’s company. The 360 Degree Feedback may include superiors, co-workers from other departments, members of fixed and project teams and clients.

When do I need 360° Feedback?

  • It may be treated as a cyclical employee appraisal of the entire company or selected key groups (usually managers and directors).
  • It may also be used as a one-off auditing tool to get multi-sided and profound information on employees. The audit allows the company to accurately determine development and training needs, and make personnel decisions (e.g. regarding promotion or transfer).
  • Cyclical 360° Feedback – especially in organisations of dispersed structure – makes it possible to monitor not only employees’ development but also the level of satisfaction and attitudes in a certain department.



360o Feedback is aimed at employees’ development. Properly conducted audit gives the employees opportunity to look into their abilities. In addition, the feedback provides basis for development.
