Management audit (personnel audit of management staff) is an excellent method of assessing competencies of employees on management positions or leadership potential of candidates applying for positions, which involve team management.

When do I need a management audit?

  • With a view to determining predispositions or diagnosing the current level of competencies in the context of new goals, tasks and projects.
  • With a view to analysing leadership attitudes and skills in the context of a specific situation and team’s needs, which require that a superior had exceptional management skills (motivating a burnt-out team, teambuilding after a conflict, disciplining, and reorganization of team’s work).
  • With a view to determining the best development path for a manager by indicating key areas and methods of training (coaching, mentoring, training, management studies, specialist courses, self-development etc.).

What are the benefits of management audit?

Avoiding the situation when an unsuitable person is being promoted to a managerial position.
Optimum use of manager’s potential in the organization.
Reduction in costs of rotation and subsequent recruitments.
Individual Reports containing advanced substantive content and information useful when making personnel decisions, and completed with certain development suggestions.
Development of managers in the right direction.
As a recapitulation of the project, we prepare a feedback session or coaching sessions for a participant of the manager’s audit, and meeting with the coordinator of the project for the Client.
