EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY

Employee satisfaction survey is a great tool designed to understand employees’ attitudes and opinions about various aspects of company’s operations. Attitude and opinion surveys are used cyclically, by monitoring employees’ needs on an on-going basis, and as a one-time event – to collect information needed to plan major changes or to survey employees’ attitudes following implementation of changes.
